f your dog has something you don’t want them to have, the thing to do is to trade with your dog for something else. Simply say “Drop It” and then present your trade. Make sure what you are trading is equal or higher value to your dog. You can’t do a change if your dog is holding a package of bacon and you are trying to trade for a toy.
